About the ministry...

Brother and Sister Check Ministries Inc. was founded in 2022 to provide the members of the greater Boone County community and surrounding counties a chance to break free from their bondage by being empowered by the word of God. With great social activities, worship, testimonial events, life groups and mentoring for everyone – Our ministry has become a place for those who are in need of resources.

We are a Christian outreach. It is our mission to enlighten, educate, and empower men and women who are trapped in the strongholds of the world. We are the hands and feet of Jesus.

We have set out to glorify God by reaching the lost.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Heather Vann
Founder/President

Heather Vann was in addiction from the age of 13 and was in and out of jails and institutions since the age of 18. She was saved and called out of darkness by God in 2017 from her addiction, depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. In 2021 she created a program with life groups and events inspired by God to help others find their way out too.

GOD IS FAITHFUL
